Wednesday Night Water Polo
Started in 2024, Wednesday Night Water Polo is where we allow Seahawks current, past, and future to hop in the tank and scrimmage. Come compete with and against your future teammates, test your game, and set goals to work towards in the off-season.
Sessions run every Wednesday from 8:00-10:00 P.M. starting in February.

Monday Nights (aka Lab Sessions)
Lab Sessions are the perfect time to identify a skill or aspect of your game you want to develop and focus on improving. Want to build shot velocity, struggling to shed clingy defenders, want to be able to make precision passes under pressure? Lab Sessions are the perfect place to practice your craft.

SEAHAWK FIT
90 minute weight room training sessions focused on developing Strength, Power, Mobility, and Injury Prevention for Water Polo athletes. Developed by Coach Schep to include elements of his fitness and coaching journey from athletics to the military, SEAHAWKFIT is a great fit for seasoned gym rats and first time lifters alike.
