Skill:
Accumulate - 50 plate around the worlds (each direction), 100 squatting plate flips, 100 yards plate pinches, 30 finger tip push ups (do negatives if you can’t complete normally)
WOD:
50 burpees for time
Play Pump It Up by Endor on repeat when ever you do this workout.
